In this role, you will handle customer‑reported billing discrepancies, perform detailed validation of the claim, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely resolution
How you create impact
- Handling customer‑reported billing discrepancies, performing detailed validation of the claim, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely resolution
- Working closely with our Customer Care Locations (CCL), Revenue Care Centers (RCC), and DE Accounting to clarify issues, correct inaccuracies, and provide clear feedback where customer misunderstandings arise
- Directly contributing to customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and billing accuracy across the Air Logistics product
What we would like you to bring
- Preferable experience in Air Logistics RCC teams
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written), with a proactive mindset to drive results
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Demonstrates commitment, initiative, motivation, and curiosity
- Fluency in English Language
- Fluency in German Language
