Join us now. You will in charge to coordinate and manage daily air freight shipments from booking to final delivery, ensuring accurate and timely execution. Work closely with customers, airlines, and internal stakeholders to meet SOP requirements, maintain service quality, and deliver a high level of customer satisfaction.
How you create impact
- Drive the most efficient way of file handling and availability of data entry, accurate records in our system.
- Prepare and review all necessary documentation, including airway bills, customs declarations, and compliance forms.
- Liaise with airlines, ground handlers, customs brokers, and clients to ensure smooth cargo movement.
- Monitor shipment status in real time, proactively addressing delays or disruptions.
- Optimize routing and consolidation to reduce local costs and improve efficiency.
- Ensure consistent shipment monitoring and pro-active customer communication, and effectively handle and respond to customer feedback, complaints and escalations, and ensure swift corrective actions.
- Participate in trainings, as needed, for up-to-date knowledge.
What we would like you to bring
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Air Logistics, Freight Forwarding, or Supply Chain Operations
- Experience in coordinating air import and/or export shipments from booking to final delivery
- Good understanding of air freight documentation, shipment coordination, and operational processes
- Strong communication and coordination skills with customers, carriers, and internal stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple shipments in a fast-paced environment
- Good problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken
