As an Air Logistica Customs Specialist you will creat impact by serving as the customs and trade compliance expert within our Air Logistics team, ensuring the accurate execution of customs processes while delivering outstanding support to both internal and external stakeholders. In this role, you will provide technical guidance on customs regulations, oversee critical customs activities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction. Your expertise will help drive efficient customs operations while enabling seamless international trade for our customers.
How you create impact
- Provide expert guidance on customs regulations, tariff classification, and foreign trade requirements.
- Review and validate customs documentation to ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards.
- Manage customs amendments, corrections, duty refund claims, and administrative processes with customs authorities.
- Deliver technical support and training to internal teams and customers on customs and trade-related topics.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
What we would like you to bring
- Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Customs Administration, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customs operations, customs brokerage, or international trade processes.
- Strong knowledge of customs legislation, tariff classification, customs regimes, and foreign trade regulations.
- English proficiency, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate effectively across stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with a customer oriented mindset and sense of urgency.
