How you create impact
- Prepare and submit customs declarations, including IM-A, T1, and PGTS documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with customs requirements.
- Maintain timely communication with process owners, forwarders, and other stakeholders to support seamless customs operations.
- Utilize systems and tools such as Streamliner, Cargonaut, RT, BPA, and SALOG to efficiently manage daily activities.
- Deliver a high-quality customer experience through a strong commitment to service excellence.
- Apply a quality-first and punctual approach to help prevent potential financial costs, including storage charges and customs-related penalties.
- Support Kuehne+Nagel's business objectives and KPIs by promoting operational excellence, compliance, and process efficiency.
