Lead the Air Logistics Customer Care team, driving customer satisfaction, retention, and business growth.

Develop commercial strategies to achieve business objectives, increase profitability, and generate new opportunities.

Build and strengthen customer relationships through regular visits, understanding their needs and identifying business opportunities.

Lead the implementation of new customers, ensuring smooth transitions and follow-up on initial shipments.

Monitor customer KPIs, service performance, and operational processes to ensure continuous improvement.

Support and develop the team, setting priorities and driving performance.

Manage departmental budgets, business forecasts, and act as an escalation point for key customers.
What we would like you to bring

Bachelor's degree in International Business, Industrial Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in Air Logistics, ideally within the Freight Forwarding industry.

Experience in team leadership, customer management, and business development.

Strong knowledge of Freight Forwarding, operations, finance, and P&L management.

Advanced English proficiency.
