How you create impact

Office & Facility Operations
•    Oversee front-office operations (reception coverage schedule, visitor management, access cards, mail/courier handling).
•    Coordinate workspace planning, locker assignments in alignment with QSHE and security policies.
•    Liaise with building management and vendors for cleaning, maintenance, security, and pantry supplies.
•    Maintain asset registers (office equipment, meeting room devices) and coordinate repairs/replacements.

Procurement & Vendor Management
•    Own routine purchasing for office supplies and services; create POs, track deliveries, verify GR/IR, and process invoices.
•    Manage vendor onboarding, quotes, contract files, renewals, and compliance documentation.
•    Monitor consumption and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising service quality

Document & Records Management
•    Maintain structured filing systems (digital/physical) for administrative, legal, and financial documents in line with company policy and local regulations.
•    Ensure version control and access rights, and support internal/external audits (document requests, sampling, logs).

Compliance, Policy & QSHE
•    Support QSHE drills, onboarding briefings, and incident reporting.
•    Ensure compliance with Korean statutory requirements affecting office operations (e.g., labor postings, waste disposal, vendor tax invoices in cooperation with Finance).

Contract Logistics Support
•    Support purchasing activities and vendor negotiations during new business implementations.
•    Coordinate monthly manpower usage reporting and reconciliation with the manpower agency.

Attendance-related Operations (Administrator)
•    Work Schedule Management
•    Access Authorization Granting and Administration
•    Integrated Management of Electronic Approval Systems

What we would like you to bring

  • Fluent in both English and Korean
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Service-oriented mindset with a proactive, responsive, and solution-driven approach to supporting internal stakeholders.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Korean and English, with the ability to convey information clearly, concisely, and professionally.

  • Strong problem-solving capability with sound judgment in escalation and a continuous improvement mindset to enhance processes and efficiency.

  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information.

  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Finance, HR, IT, HSE, and Facilities to ensure seamless operational support.
