We are the Helpdesk team within the Tradeshift Knowledge Center, part of the broader Finance department. Our primary responsibility is managing and resolving all inquiries related to accounts payable, ensuring smooth communication between suppliers, internal teams, and financial systems
How you create impact
- Invoice Processing & Issue Resolution: Collaborate with suppliers and internal departments (e.g., Sea, Air) to resolve invoice discrepancies, including issues related to PO numbers and parked invoices in error centers.
- Tradeshift Coordination: Work closely with the Tradeshift team to enhance and streamline the invoice mapping process, ensuring efficient electronic invoice handling.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage with operational teams and the GS Finance Indexing team to resolve indexing and payment-related issues.
- Mailbox Management: Monitor and manage the shared mailbox, responding to inquiries and coordinating with the Accounts Payable Officer team to ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
What we would like you to bring
- Proficiency in English
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Background in Finance
- Relevant education or professional experience in finance, particularly in areas such as invoice processing, indexing, or accounts payable, is preferred.
- Excel Skills
- Confident use of Excel for data handling and analysis.
- Proactive Mindset
- Demonstrates initiative and a solution-oriented approach to tasks.
- Strong Organizational Skills
- Effective time management and keen attention to detail.
